Personal TransformationsAssessments

Jim Warner and the OnCourse Associates are trained in the use of several diagnostic assessments that help us (and you) get clarity on your current life situation, your personality, your values, your signature strengths, your sabotaging shadows, and your relationship authenticity. We typically use some combination of these assessments during the Whole-Life Checkup, Transformation Retreats, Life Planning, and ongoing Advisory Services.

Full 360 Drama Diagnostic

The OnCourse Drama Diagnostic assesses individuals’ tendencies to fall into energy-draining drama in their interactions with others. The Diagnostic allows self-assessments by an individual and assessments of the individual by others (co-workers, managers, subordinates, partners, family members, or any third party). Single individuals or groups of any size may use the Drama Diagnostic. The Diagnostic creates a comprehensive report which you may view either on screen or as a downloaded PDF file.

Current Situation Survey

We use this assessment as preparation for most Transformation Retreats.

Personality Assessment – The Enneagram

The Enneagram is a multidimensional personality-typing system. We have found it to be the broadest and most accurate model for understanding "why we are the way we are"and how best to interact with others.

Values Assessment – A Values Inventory

A Values Inventory (AVI) is a proven tool used to identify personal, interpersonal and organizational values. The AVI is based on 25 years of academic research, numerous validation studies, and real-world applications.

A customized summary report identifies the foundational, focus and vision values for your life. It also provides keen insight into your view of the world and how this view shapes your planning, relationships and actions. When others in your life take the assessment (your spouse or partner, family members, or key associates at work), a customized relationship report measures both your unique values and the common values you share with others.

Signature Strengths – “Where do I use my best stuff?”

This popular assessment helps you define quickly the characteristics of an environment where you will thrive. Most OnCourse clients who are either between careers or are contemplating "what's next in my life" find this assessment highly valuable for measuring their fulfillment in their current work and for filtering potential opportunities.

Sabotaging Shadows

This assessment helps you identify the ways you tend to sabotage yourself and your relationships. It helps you get clear on your patterns of "stuckness." We then help you "own your shadows." Only by owning them do you have a chance to transform them into mature, energy-enhancing behaviors.
