Organizational Alignment and Team Building
We lead Executive Advancement Offsites to guide team members toward more authentic, synergistic, and effective communication, strategic planning, and decision-making.
The off-site sessions are a blend of teaching and experiential exercises, encouraging and challenging team members to share their stories, issues, and personal aspirations, along with their impressions of one another, in an environment of safety, curiosity, candor, and appreciation.
Prior to the offsite we meet with each team member for an in-depth interview. At the offsite we deal cleanly and directly with any issues that drain energy from the team or mire the organization or individuals in the past. We also address the team's role, both as individuals and as a group, in realizing and perpetuating the senior leader's long-term vision.
We also teach and anchor the concepts of Authentic Relationships. These concepts allow radical change from the inauthentic relationships that plague most companies, even businesses that seem to perform well against standard industry metrics but are still operating below their full potential. When embraced, the concepts of Authentic Relationships yield positive, sustainable results.
Following the offsite we often coach selected executives. We encourage regular refresher offsites to sustain team alignment or to realign the strategic plan.
