For the past 15 years Roger has completed wide-ranging consulting assignments covering major aspects of business integration, business transformation, and improved business effectiveness and efficiency. Roger works closely with Fortune 500 CEOs, business unit operations heads, and CFOs, as well as other staff-function business unit leaders.
Clients appreciate his ability to facilitate and mediate executive groups, to break seemingly complex challenges into manageable pieces, and to help leaders understand the quantitative and interpersonal implications of alternative actions.
Recently, Roger was a senior managing director at BearingPoint, after a career with Arthur Andersen’s business consulting group. He also spent 25 years in executive officer positions with two publicly held insurance-centered corporations. He is a CPA and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.
He and his wife, Sue, live in the Chicago suburbs and have two adult children and three grandchildren.
