Jim Kochalka has worked with YPOers since 1987 and is a certified Forum training and facilitation resource. Using the skills gained as a consulting psychologist, Jim's professional practice focuses on relational development across a number of different settings. Jim works with high-achieving couples who are at a crossroads in their marriage. He consults with senior management teams who are attempting to reach higher levels of cohesion and productivity. Jim provides assessment guidance in the selection of senior management candidates. He works with many smaller privately held companies and also provides services to large corporations, including IBM and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
He has conducted more than 250 YPO Forum trainings and retreats with groups throughout the US, Canada, and Central America. Jim has led dozens of YPO Chapter Retreats to help members connect more deeply and realize the power that exists within the YPO community.
Jim holds a PhD in clinical psychology from Georgia State University. Born in Chicago in 1952, Jim and his wife Bonnie married in 1977. They have three sons and live in Tampa, FL. Jim and his wife, Bonnie, were married in 1977. They have three sons.
