Searl specializes in working with executives at moments of transition, women in senior leadership positions, and corporate teams. She brings 20 years of international experience running both for-profit and non-profit enterprises, leading several start-up ventures, and being a certified Coach (MMS Institute, Inc., and Deep Coaching Institute.) Searl’s experience ranges from Managing Director of a venture fund in Sofia, Bulgaria, to Procter & Gamble Asia, to micro-finance. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Dartmouth College.
Searl has trained extensively in personal development methodologies, including the Enneagram, Gita Bellin (Personal Mastery), Thich Nhat Hanh (Buddhist philosophy), and ShadowWork. She leads African Leadership Trails and facilitates leadership forums for the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
Searl and her husband recently moved to Boulder, CO, after 27 years abroad. They have 4 University-aged children.
